How are strategies evolved?

Each strategy has ~30 genetic parameters (indicators, timeframes, risk rules). They're backtested on historical data, the best ones breed and mutate, and losers are eliminated. Like natural selection, but for trading algorithms.

Binance Futures — 293 USDT pairs. The system automatically detects hot pairs and rotates its universe.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Darwin Lab ("the Service"), operated by Darwin Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

2. Service Description

Darwin Lab is an AI-powered platform that uses genetic algorithms to evolve, test, and evaluate cryptocurrency trading strategies. The Service generates trading signals based on the performance of these AI-evolved strategies in a simulated (paper trading) environment. The Service delivers these signals via Telegram channels and, for certain subscription tiers, via API webhook.

The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Darwin Lab is a technology and data service. We provide algorithmically generated signals based on pattern recognition and simulated performance data. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial analyst, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. The highly volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets means that the value of your investments can decrease rapidly and significantly, and you may lose the entirety of your invested capital. Leveraged trading, which is referenced in our signals, amplifies both potential gains and potential losses.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be appropriate for all individuals.
Past performance of any trading strategy, whether simulated or real, does not guarantee or indicate future results.
All performance data, PnL figures, win rates, and strategy statistics displayed on Darwin Lab are derived from paper trading (simulated trading) and do not reflect actual financial transactions executed with real capital.
Paper trading results have inherent limitations. Simulated results do not account for slippage, liquidity constraints, exchange fees, network congestion, execution delays, or the psychological factors that affect real trading.
Paper trading results may significantly overstate or understate actual performance that would be achieved with real capital.
There is no guarantee that any strategy or signal will generate profits or avoid losses in live trading conditions.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, including the decision to follow, modify, or ignore any signal provided by the Service.
You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or the use of this Service is prohibited by law.
You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading and taxation.
You understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading and have sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate the merits and risks of any trading decision.
You make your own independent trading decisions. You do not rely solely on our signals as the basis for any trading activity.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or market manipulation.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, strategy DNA, or proprietary systems of Darwin Lab.
You will not redistribute, resell, or share signals, data, or content from the Service with third parties without our express written consent.

5. Subscription Terms

Darwin Lab offers multiple subscription tiers (Observer, Hunter, Apex Predator) with varying levels of access and features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to the following:

Billing: Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance. Payment is accepted in SOL, USDT, or other payment methods as specified at the time of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused portions of a subscription period, or for periods during which you chose not to use the Service. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period.
Service Availability: While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, strategy DNA configurations, genetic parameters, backtesting systems, evolution engines, signal generation methods, software, code, data, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Darwin Lab are the exclusive property of Darwin Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the Service for any purpose other than your personal use.

The proprietary trading strategies, DNA configurations, and genetic algorithms used by Darwin Lab constitute trade secrets. Any unauthorized access, copying, reverse engineering, or distribution of these materials may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DARWIN LAB, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any trading losses, financial losses, or damages of any kind arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service or any signals provided by the Service.
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the signals, data, or content provided by the Service.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
Actions or inactions of third-party exchanges, wallets, or platforms on which you may execute trades.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DARWIN LAB DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE. SIGNALS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE RECOMMENDATIONS TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY OR DERIVATIVE PRODUCT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Darwin Lab, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading activities or decisions, whether or not influenced by our signals; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the signals or data provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete; (d) any strategies or signals will produce profits or avoid losses; or (e) any defects in the Service will be corrected.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or references third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Telegram (for signal delivery), Stripe (for payment processing), Binance (as a data source for market information), and Solana blockchain (for payment verification). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Darwin Lab.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Darwin Lab regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
